The Pace of Mind Group Therapy Walk is a therapist-led discussion and walk focusing on navigating transitions from empty nesting to parenting children with emotional and behavioral challenges to challenging relationships and more. Groups are comprised of two to six participants plus the therapist. Experts in fields such as women’s health, family medicine, nutrition and career guidance join us for theme-based walks. Participants can expect to feel validated and supported by each other and learn tools and strategies from our group exchange and discussion in the fresh air. Advance registration is required.

Please note, if the scheduled times do not work for you or there is a different topic you would like to explore, Group walks can be customized by topic, day, participants, location (Westchester and New York City).
