The Pace of Mind Group Walk is a therapist-led Walk & Talk that offers a supportive and empowering environment to explore issues and topics that challenge our sense of well being.

Pace of Mind Therapy founder Tracy Teicher Nathanson acts as facilitator and therapist in guided discussions on topics tailored to the interests and composition of the group. Discussion topics might range from empty nesting to parenting children during COVID to navigating challenging relationships, and issues relating to health, nutrition and career. Pace of Mind Group Therapy program offers a safe place to talk about the challenges, losses, and changes brought on by the pandemic. I invite you to form your own groups or inquire about joining a group that I will organize.
