I am excited to share this journey with you - one toward greater self-awareness, growth and healing.

Each person has a different relationship to and image of therapy in their minds. For some, talk therapy is an integral and important part of their lives. Others have no exposure to therapy or may view it in a negative light. But for most all of us, walking on a quiet path or nature trail conjures a positive image and makes us feel good!

Your First Session

Once we have agreed to an appointment, I will email you a few forms to fill out prior to our first session. These include an intake form, an informed consent/office policies form, and a walk and talk/run and talk consent form. You can email them back to me or bring them with you to our first appointment. Then together we will identify a specific meeting place for your session at the time you make your appointment. Outdoor sessions take place in Westchester, New York City, or the Hamptons.

Insurance

Pace of Mind Therapy is an out of network treatment provider. You are responsible for payment at the time of service. Patients are given a monthly statement which they may file with their insurer if they have out of network psychotherapy insurance.
